Our brief was to increase the outdoor living area while adding another level for bedrooms upstairs. This beautiful villa in the heart of Auckland had the perfect setting to create a sunken spa pool pit, an outdoor kitchen and fireplace setting, plus a peaceful dining space looking out to the pool. It was great to be able to add modern features to this villa whilst being sympathetic to the original characteristics of this home.
